Grand Cherokee's standard overhead console includes a mini-trip computer, Vehicle Information Center and up to 13 customer programmable features. The 13 customer programmable features include the ability to choose your language, switch between U.S. and metric units of measurements and:
Automatically lock the doors when Grand Cherokee reaches speeds above 15 mph.
Tell all doors to unlock when the driver's door is opened or when the vehicle transmission is in Park or Neutral.
Program all doors and the liftgate to unlock when depressing the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) unlock button, or have the driver's door unlock on the first press and all others unlock on the second.
Each time the Remote Keyless Entry transmitter unlock button is pressed, memorized seat, mirror and radio station preferences are selected. (When used with the Jeep Memory System on Limited models.)
Make the horn sound whenever you press the lock button on your RKE transmitter.
Make the front and rear turn signal lamps flash once when you lock the doors with your Remote Keyless Entry transmitter and four times when you unlock them.
Make the headlamps remain on for 30, 60 or 90 seconds or not at all after exiting Grand Cherokee.
Program the automatic headlamps to turn on simultaneously with the windshield wipers for added visibility and convenience.
Decide when you want to be reminded to Perform Service (such as oil changes) - from every 2,000 to 7,500 miles in 500-mile increments.
An audible reminder with a single chime when the low-fuel icon illuminates.
To facilitate exiting, the driver's seat (Limited only) will move rearward and to the lowest position when you remove the key from the ignition. |
